- Domestic shipments are done through Australia Post with two options at flat-rate fees (regardless of weight):
* Parcel Post Delivery ($10)– approximately 3-5 business days for major cities within Australia and within 8 business days in other areas in Australia.
* Express Post Delivery ($15)– approximately within 3 business days for major cities in Australia and within 5 business days in other areas in Australia.
- International shipments are done through Australia Post with two options:
*Airmail – approximately 3-10 business days to metropolitan areas of major cities.
*Express Courier International – approximately 2-4 business days to metropolitan areas of major cities. Includes Signature-on-delivery.
Cost calculated upon checkout.
Please note that overseas duties and other customs charges may be incurred and are the responsibility of the recipient/customer. For more information on these matters, contact your local customs office.
The delivery times provided above are estimates only as advised by our appointed courier. Lovely Little Children’s Fine Clothing & Accessories shall not be held liable for late deliveries and any occurrence of loss or damage to the parcel during transit. Your submission of any purchase order to Lovely Little indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and want to return or exchange the item/s, you must:
- Email us first at email@example.com within 8 days of purchase for domestic orders and within 15 days for international orders. Indicate the order number in your subject heading. (review shipping timeline).
- State reason for the request. If size is the issue, we can do a replacement depending on the availability of the item. Otherwise, a refund or a store credit can be done.
Please note that returned item/s MUST have original tags attached, be in new condition, and be in its proper packaging for an exchange or refund to be processed. Lovely Little reserves the right to refuse returned items that are damaged.
All requests will be subject for review.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
To ship returned item, please use a carrier with insurance and take note of the tracking. Lovely Little is not liable for lost and damaged parcels.
Refunds or exchanges are NOT applicable to CLEARANCE items.
