Our Story

A lovely little idea,
inspired by someone very special.

Lovely Little started with coffee, family, and a desire to create something positive from one of the hardest times in our lives.

Where it began

In December 2025, we lost our mum to cancer.

Mum had a way of finding something lovely in the little things. There were a couple of phrases we heard countless times growing up. At the time, they were simply Mum being Mum.

At the end of a movie, she'd often turn to us and say:

“What a lovely little movie.”
“Oh, how lovely.”

If something made her smile, chances are you'd hear one of them. They were simple little phrases, but after losing Mum, those words took on a completely different meaning.

When we began talking about creating a coffee trailer together as a family, one name kept coming back to us.

Lovely Little.

It's more than a name. It's a little piece of Mum that gets to come along for the ride.

Lovely Little is a family business, built by a dad, son and daughter. We each bring something different to it, but we all share the same reason for doing it.

Ben looks after the business behind Lovely Little — from suppliers and events to equipment and operations, helping turn a little family idea into something real.

Teagin

Teagin is a qualified graphic designer, bringing Lovely Little to life through its branding, design, marketing and creative direction.

Three different roles. One family. One reason for doing it. We're building something together that we hope Mum would look at and say, “Oh, how lovely.”
Our Impact

Every coffee does a little good.

We knew from the beginning that if we were going to build Lovely Little, we wanted it to stand for something.

50¢

From every coffee sold.

For every coffee we sell, 50 cents is set aside to support the fight against cancer.

It's deliberately simple. Buy a coffee, enjoy it, and a little piece of that coffee goes toward something bigger.

We also want to be transparent about where that money goes. Our Impact page will show what Lovely Little has raised, what we've donated and the organisations those donations have supported.

The next chapter

It starts with one little coffee trailer.

Lovely Little starts with one coffee trailer travelling around Victoria, making genuinely good coffee, meeting great people and getting out to some brilliant events.

That's our focus right now — doing the simple things well and building a business people enjoy being around.

But we also think Lovely Little can become more than a trailer. Maybe that means our own coffee beans, reusable cups, more events or even another Lovely Little trailer one day.

Whatever Lovely Little becomes, we want to keep the same things at its heart: family, good coffee, doing some good, and appreciating the lovely little things along the way.

that's where the name came from.
And that's who it's for.
